Hancock Wellness would like to introduce you to the Journey to Wellness Program. We are here to guide you, step-by-step, down the path to a healthier you! Three key factors have a great impact on a person’s wellness: nutrition, exercise, and behavior changes. Our 10-week program focuses on your needs with personalized, one-on-one coaching sessions. Each coaching session lasts 30 – 60 minutes. This program is heavily focused on behavioral barriers that may be preventing you from reaching your wellness goals.
