Top your fish filet (salmon, cod) with your favorite seasonings and bake in the over until it’s flakey. Pair with a starchy vegetable or whole grain and LOTS of non-starchy vegetables; raw, steamed, roasted, or grilled (broccoli, asparagus, cauliflower, green beans, zucchini, squash, bell peppers, carrots, etc.)
