We are a Medical Fitness Certified Facility, meaning we have instructors on staff who are trained to help those with conditions such as arthritis, Parkinson’s, cancer and more and even offer specialized group exercise classes. We also offer a Physician Referral Program in partnership with doctors at Hancock Regional Hospital for those who are trying to increase their quality of life while living with heart disease, obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure and other conditions.
Our nutritionists on staff are available to speak with members who need help finding the right way to fuel their bodies for balance and health. So, if you want to find a space that is more than just a gym, Hancock Wellness Centers offer a wide range of possibilities.

Not only do we have a variety of fitness classes and programming to get you moving, but we also offer opportunities for you to slow down at our wellness centers.
