Sheet Pan Meals
Sheet pan meals are super easy and fast meals that can be mixed up in countless different ways. All you need is 1/4 cup marinade, 1 lb protein, and 2 cups vegetables. Mix and match! Any marinade, protein, or vegetables are fair game.
Add all of your ingredients to a parchment-lined sheet pan and backe at 400 degrees for roughly 20 minutes.
Pasta dishes are another easy way to toss dinner together without a clear cut recipe. Mix it up and get creative! Use different pastas that are higher in fiber and protein for a more filling dish or try bean/lentil pasta, whole wheat pasta, or a pasta alternative such as spaghetti squash or zucchini noodles (“zoodles”) for a lower calorie option. Add different veggies and protein to your liking!
